Dan Falvey
Dan Falvey is a Global Executive Advisor, HR Strategy & Transformation for SAP. He brings more than 15 years of experience in Human Capital Management from both a technology and content standpoint. Dan has extensive experience in HR Technology, Workforce Management and Productivity, Employee Benefits and HR Outsourcing. He has worked with large employers to align their workforces with their corporate strategic objectives, specifically as it relates to creating high performance cultures and workforce engagement. Industry sectors of experience include Professional Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Financial Services, Utilities and A&D industries. Prior to SAP, Dan served in consulting, strategic business development, and leadership roles with industry leaders including Mercer, ADP and Xerox, as well as best of breed providers of HCM solutions. Dan has a BA in Economics from Fairfield University and MBA from Loyola University of Maryland. He is active in HR Leadership associations.
