Elizabeth Duffy
Customer Value Consultant Elizabeth Duffy is a member of the SAP SuccessFactors’ Customer Value & Adoption team focused on helping customers extend value of their investments in the Talent & Platform products. She has over 15 years of experience as a consultant and HCM practitioner, having worked with some of the largest multinational organizations across industries, as well as small and medium organizations around the world. She is a valued member of product management communities at SAP SuccessFactors where over the past decade she has contributed in helping build the most innovative solutions in the industry. Elizabeth has served as a subject matter expert for the Performance and Goal Management, Calibration, Job Profile Manager, 360, Succession, and Career Development Products. Elizabeth is passionate about acting as the “Voice of the Customer” to Product Management teams in those areas.
