Bill Gerlach
Bill Gerlach is a blended professional through his hands-on and deep understanding of information technology, HR capabilities and Business Intelligence. He has been an IT analyst, a team manager and leader, consultant and speaker. He currently serves as an expert for Human Resources business processes and technology as HRIS Manager for a global chemical manufacturing company with headquarters in Saudi Arabia. His passion is connecting people and systems together to support meaningful change in HR and business outcomes. Outside of work, his goal is to assist others. He volunteers as the IT VP for the Business Executives Network Group, www.TheBENG.org and is Treasurer for the Lehigh Valley Brain Tumor Foundation, www.lvbraintumor.org.
