Trent Schumann
Trent is a sought-after transformational facilitator, trainer and consultant. Since 1988 he has been helping organizations achieve transformative results by developing leaders, leveraging change, cultivating teams and engaging employees and stakeholders. Early in his career in information technology, Trent discovered that he would rather work “on” the system than “in” the system. So in 1992 he formed his own company (Experienca) to help forward-looking organizations and individuals create exceptional results through principled actions. Since then, he has had the honour to help hundreds of leading organizations, brilliant leaders and dedicated stakeholders around the world. These range from Fortune 50 companies that define the global business environment to small non-governmental organizations that are doing their part to change the world. He is an avid traveller, photographer, adventurer and motorcyclist and enjoys immersing himself in the diverse cultures of the world.
