Ralph Marcello
Ralph Marcello is a Principal in Deloitte’s Life Sciences Consulting practice and serves as Deloitte’s BioPharma leader. He has over 20 years of experience, including developing and executing strategic and operational initiatives broadly across the Life Sciences value chain. Ralph has led the development and assessment of innovative collaborations for discovery and early development, led global operating development and design, and executed large scale R&D business model transformations. He has also helped major and mid-sized BioPharma companies expand their markets organically and through M&A, increase their products and services, and develop and execute global operating strategies. Ralph has served over 20 LS clients and has had many leadership roles in LS and across Deloitte. He holds an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School where he was a Park Leadership Fellow, and aMS and BS degrees in Chemical Engineering from The University of Rochester.
