Gisèle Roy
Gisèle Roy, Director, Global Planning at Blount International, is a Canadian born supply chain professional. Growing up in Québec, her career was influenced by the agricultural and forestry manufacturing industry. Gisèle relocated to the Pacific Northwest during a 16-year career at a harvesting manufacturing company to become the Administrator of the company’s newly formed U.S. legal entity. In 2005, Gisèle was hired by Blount International to manage its global customer service department. Since then, she has led various high-profile projects and spent three years in Belgium as European Operations Manager. She returned to Blount’s corporate headquarters in Portland, Oregon in 2014 to take on her current role. Today, Gisèle’s highest priority projects are S&OP maturity and implementation of IBP (Integrated Business Planning). Gisèle loves the fast pace environment of Supply Chain, enjoys a highly diversified global environment, and has a passion for the successful completion of complex projects.
