Dr. Steven Goldstein
Dr. Steven Goldstein has held full-time positions in clinical psychology and management at a number of mental health clinics including Didi Hirsch Community Mental Health Center and Kaiser Permanente. He's been in private practice since 1997. Additionally he's worked full-time as an investor and trader managing family and friends' portfolios. He's a licensed financial planner having formed Goldstein Advisors, LLC.
He has been influenced by Erik Erikson's eight stage theory of development and, during the initial evaluation, considers the life stage at which the client may be stuck. Dr. G. considers ways to break the client's impasse and point the way toward solutions that actually take advantage of the crisis.
