Tom Foley
Tom Foley, the Global Health Solutions Strategy Manager for LenovoHealth, is focused on coupling technology with workflows and the different stakeholders across the continuum of care. He has over 30 years of experience in information technology across many industries. His career started as the lead system programmer in the national automation of the UPS telephone center from paper to electronic format, and was involved in other innovative initiatives at UPS including the prototyping of the first Package Confirmation device. As well, Tom served as the Data Network Design Manager during the initial deployment of one of the first national wireless data networks,. For the last 15 years, he has held leadership roles with leading EHR vendors. He has been involved in several strategic initiatives such as migrating EHR platforms from client server to cloud-based models, rollout of Health Information, Patient Portals/Patient Engagement, and rollout of Direct Messaging to 43,000 subscribers.
