Jörg Thienemann
Jörg Thienemann is a partner in Detect Value GmbH, a Business-Intelligence Solution Provider focusing on Business & HR Analytics Solutions. Jörg brings over 25 years of Controllership, Finance and HR Management, and Entrepreneurial experience for service-oriented companies in the information technology and environmental engineering sectors. Previously, he served as Country Finance Manager and Head of Controlling of UK-based Pecaso Group, a leading global provider for SAP HCM Consulting, System Implementation and SAP HCM add-on products. In 2006 when Accenture acquired Pecaso, Jörg took over operational leadership for the new HCMS organization (Accenture Human Capital Management Solutions) across 21 countries with 1000 employees, covering all Accenture offerings for System Integration services for HR, Talent Management and payroll, supporting all leading system. In 2014 he joined SAP’s People Involvement Solution Team as Co-Innovation Partner.
