Joerg Niesenhaus
Joerg Niesenhaus coordinates the activities at Centigrade’s North-West branch in Germany and is responsible for the areas of gamification and interaction design. In his role as Head of Gamification he focuses on the evaluation and the conceptual design of user-friendly interfaces incorporating playful design elements to enhance user engagement. Before his time at Centigrade Joerg worked more than 11 years for game companies like Blue Byte, Similis and Ubisoft and participated in the development of Germany’s popular strategy game series The Settlers. Joerg studied Applied Cognitive and Media Science and holds a PhD in human-computer-interaction (HCI).
