Gilles Atlan
Gilles Atlan is UX Strategist at SAP in Palo Alto. Using Design Thinking, he is unleashing innovation out of diverse groups of customers, delivering surprising business outcomes using non-traditional technics. Gilles created and delivered close to a hundred workshops and sessions at SAP events like TechEd, Sapphire, ASUG and diverse customer events. Today Gilles is working in the Service Innovation team that keeps a close eye on game-changing innovation drivers, emerging technology and trends, leading to the creation of new revenue opportunities. Gilles started his career in software developments at British Telecom in England and in an startup in Israel that was bought my EMC. At that time, Gilles was programming in Java and C#. Gilles holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from Ben Gurion University (Israel) and a MSc in computer Science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology (UK). Gilles was born and raised in Paris.
