Brian Soaper
Brian Soaper, Principal, Business Development at SAP, is a Cincinnati native where he earned an aerospace engineering degree. He has designed products for a number of different industries before joining the software industry. He earned an MBA and has spent the last twenty years, fourteen at Siemens PLM and six at SAP, helping manufacturing companies to improve new product introduction processes. Brian’s passion is helping companies recognize that the new product introduction process requires collaboration across the organization and is not owned or controlled by any one functional area.
