Erica Volini
Erica Volini is the U.S. HR Transformation Leader in Deloitte Consulting. In this role, she is responsible for the overall strategy, financial performance and operations, recruitment and employee development, and delivery of HR Transformation services across the U.S. Beyond her leadership role, Erica focuses her time working with organizations to solidify their HR strategy and to determine the best approach to deliver HR services to their customers. Throughout her 18 years with Deloitte, Erica has had experience across the HR Transformation spectrum with the common theme of helping HR organizations enable business growth, drive global expansion, and effectively manage their talent. Her work has cut across industries and sectors, spanning from large, multi-nationals to smaller organizations heading towards global growth. Within Deloitte, Erica serves on Deloitte Consulting’s Board and the Human Capital Management Committee.
