Brigette McInnis-Day
Brigette McInnis-Day is the Executive Vice President of Human Resources, overseeing the Office of the CEO and Global Customer Operations. Responsible for the HR Business Partner organization, Brigette focuses on global, regional and country specific enablement of all respective lines of business touching 60,000 leaders and employees globally. Brigette’s personal passion is to uniquely amplify SAP’s culture and behaviors through employee-centric programs. Prior to her current role, Brigette served as VP, Human Resources for North America GCO. She also held leadership positions abroad, spending 4 years in Walldorf, Germany. Brigette has also lead across various functions of HR, having served as Director of Total Rewards for SAP in North America. Brigette earned a Masters degree in Organizational and Industrial Psychology. Brigette currently is based at SAP’s field headquarters in Newtown Square, PA.
