Dave Ochser is Vice President, North American Sales for Overland Tandberg and has been in the technology business for more than 30 years. Dave Believes that Data is the lifeblood of Small to Medium Businesses and that decisions from basic sales strategies, to inventory management, to Staffing and Marketing investments should be based on Data. Dave believes that decisions without analytics is a shot in the dark and next to impossible to make good business decisions. Dave and his wife own a Retail Frozen Yogurt business and even though he does not work the store day to day, Dave has implemented world class tools to enable Nancy to view the business differently and make educated decisions to grow her business. One of the most important measurements is to know who is visiting your business, how many times they frequent your business and most important their overall satisfaction. Without Data and Analytics this is not possible.
