Nicole McCabe
Nicole McCabe is a Senior Director of Global Diversity & Inclusion at SAP, and is a transformation leader who leverages diversity & inclusion to drive business change. She is responsible for the creation and execution of programs that support SAP’s overall target of 25% women in leadership by 2017. Nicole has over 20 years of marketing, M&A, and technology experience. Nicole’s programs have been recognized inside and outside of SAP, including an ongoing Women’s Professional Growth webinar series which she Executive Produces to support career development for women. This series has had over 9,000 participants in 2 years, and a reach of 43 countries. She is the founder of Women@SAP, an internal community that is 9,600 members strong. Nicole resides in Pennsylvania.
