Petra Streng
Petra Streng is a Solution Manager in SAP’s Industry Business Unit for Life Sciences with focus on R&D and Regulatory topics. Besides the IDMP and UDI regulatory submission topics this also includes the complete drug development cycle and solutions like SAP’s Product Lifecycle Management, Substance Database and LIMS. With the advent of SAP’s HANA® Innovation Platform this extends now to eHealth and real-world evidence data collection, clinical data warehouses, clinical supplies and Big Data in the genomics and proteomics area. Petra Streng is a Medical Computer Scientist from the University of Heidelberg, specialized in eHealth and image processing of the brain. She joined SAP in 1995 as developer for SAP’s Hospital Information Management solution and has meanwhile supported Life Sciences and Healthcare customers around the globe for more than 20 years.
