Marissa Arreola
Ms. Arreola joined Concertis in 2016 to develop and direct the company’s strategic plan of being a leader in bundled payment, population health management, and care coordination.
Ms. Arreola has over 18 years’ experience in healthcare operations and health law regulatory and transactional work. She is currently recognized in Best Lawyers in America in Health Care Law. Prior to joining Concertis, she was a Partner at Baker Donelson in the firm’s health law section. She also served as Director of Legal Services at Houston Methodist Hospital System, an academic medical center headquartered in Houston’s Texas Medical Center. Ms. Arreola has represented hospitals and physicians in a wide variety of transactions and regulatory matters. She also has extensive experience with hospital governance, managed care contracting, and development and administration of hospital service lines. She holds a national leadership position with the American Health Lawyers’ Association.
