Tim Good is a Managing Director in Accenture Strategy and leads its Talent & Organization practice in EALA (Europe and Latin America). He specializes in global HR strategy and transformation creating innovative HR solutions, researching trends, and developing Accenture’s HR practitioners to deliver business results to clients. Tim advises leading firms on how to build high performance businesses that drive optimization and growth through human resources and talent management strategies. He has co-authored several articles on trends reshaping the future of HR, the future of performance management and how digital impacts the workforce of the future. Originally from the UK, Tim now lives with his family in Heidelberg, Germany. He was educated at the University of Oxford from which he holds an MA.
