Dr. Brian Fieser
Dr. Brian Fieser, President of 3D Results, is a consulting psychologist and leading expert on the successful integration of holistic talent strategies with software capabilities. Brian was an early adopter of the SAP SuccessFactors talent management suite over 10 years ago and has worked to deliver meaningful business results in over 50 SAP SuccessFactors engagements. At 3D Results, Brian provides insightful counsel to organizational leaders at the intersection of the SAP SuccessFactors application, technical configuration requirements, and talent management strategy. Prior to 3D Results, Brian held roles as a Principal Consultant at Talent Management One, Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Talent Management at Lawson Products, and Director of Talent Management at Follett Corporation. He served on the faculty at Loyola University, Chicago where he focused on courses in the Organizational and Leadership Development program.
