Dr. Deborah Ford
Dr. Deborah Ford works within the Human Capital practice at Accenture within the Communications, Media, and Technology operating group. Responsible for leading global client engagements, Deborah has extensive experience driving transformational projects in the areas of HR, talent management, and change management. In her consulting work, Deborah recently completed a comprehensive assessment of the research and emerging trends associated with performance management. Throughout her tenure, she has developed recruitment and selection strategies, created 360-degree feedback tools, led succession-planning efforts, conducted gap analyses, designed training programs, and completed HR transformation efforts. Prior to Accenture, Deborah held management consulting roles at PES and CPS HR Consulting, and academic editorial work with the Journal of Management. She completed her Masters Degree at George Mason University and her PhD at Portland State University.
