Herb Engert
Herb Engert serves as the Americas Leader of Growth Markets (GM) for EY, a world leader in advising, guiding and recognizing entrepreneurs through the firm’s flagship Entrepreneur Of The Year® awards program. He brings more than 20 years of experience in both public accounting and the private sector to his role. Throughout his career, Herb has led a variety of transactions, including private and public debt and equity offerings, initial public offerings (IPOs), and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Arthur Andersen in Washington., D.C. where he advised internet and technology clients. Herb has served on the boards and committees of the John F. Kennedy Center for Performing Arts, the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts and the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship.
