Tony Cusat
Tony Cusat is a member of ADP’s Multi National Senior Leadership Team. His global responsibilities include building out the support infrastructure and strategy for ADP’s Global HR and Talent solution powered by SAP SuccessFactors technology. This market solution has a unique industry-leading near real time integration with ADP’s Globalview Payroll application. Over the last three years, Tony has worked closely to ensure ADP’s focus of building repeatable proven processes across its global service organization while leveraging leading edge technology to help ADP’s MNC Global organizations unlock the potential of their people. Tony has over 20 years of experience with ADP in client-facing roles within its National Accounts division overseeing regional service and product support organizations. He is a member of the University of Scranton’s Presidents Business Council and has a passion for promoting the importance of teamwork by participating in their Career Coaches Program.
