Sheila McGovern is a Principal in the Advisory Services practice of Ernst & Young LLP. She leads the Agile Business People consulting practice whose mission is to implement SuccessFactors cloud technology to: Enable companies compete more effectively in the marketplace leveraging the optimal mix of workforce skills and capabilities. In Ms. McGovern’s 20+ years of experience, she has assisted clients with HR transformation initiatives encompassing organizational and service delivery model changes, organizational change management, process standardization, and the implementation of enabling technology.
