Randy Plevi
Randi Plevy is General Counsel to Kingsland Murphy which specializes in the representation of investors and developers in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family and commercial properties in the greater New York area and beyond. In the past few years, the business has evolved to include the representation of purchasers and sellers of single family homes, condos, and coops. In a past life, Randi worked as a broadcast journalist in Texas and South Dakota, before returning to New York to attend Brooklyn Law School.
A veteran of the New York City Corporation Counsel's office, Randi's prior work also included tax appeals and bankruptcy work in New Jersey.
Her current focus is on value-add property management and acquisitions of distressed properties in New York City. When not at work, her favorite place in New York is the Film Forum on Houston Street.
