Ralf Wagner
Ralf Wagner is a senior manager, sales person, influencer, presenter and a sportsman in his spare time. Ralf led various team and organizations in- and outside SAP on different levels for more than 20 years. By managing multiple reorganizations he needed to balance organizational needs and people expectations. He gained lots experience around leadership culture, and change management. He had to deal with all phases of the employee life cycle with mass hiring, training management, creating high performance teams, people and organizational development as well as compensation. He acquired a broad knowledge around leadership (needs) by creating and running leadership training. Ralf is currently working with SAP SuccessFactors to support customers and prospects to transform (Core) HR with towards a more people centric mindset.
