Doreen Liberto
Doreen's experience includes the collaboration of program management; land use, environmental, transportation, climate change and resource management sustainability and communications strategies, stakeholder facilitation, and team and organizational capacity building. She specializes in:
• multi-stakeholder collaboration
• sustainable land use planning
• resource management
• environmental analysis
• alternative transportation systems
• greenhouse gas reduction
• water management issues
• permit processing
Doreen received her graduate degree from Pepperdine School of Law in dispute resolution.
She is a member of the Mediators Beyond Borders (MBB) Climate ChangeTeam working with the United Nations on an International Climate Change
Agreement & participated in the December 2015 United Nations COP21meeting located in Paris, France. Doreen is certified as a member of the
American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Ms. Liberto served on the San Luis Obispo County Planning Commission.
