Jennifer Ford
Jennifer Ford is the Executive Director for the N. American Presales Design Thinking Team at SAP. She has been a creative and engaged SAP colleague for 12 years in various Market Units within N. America working with industries including Industrial Manufacturing & Components, Automotive, Consumer Packaged Goods, Wholesale & Distribution, Mining, Public Sector, Utilities and Higher Education. SAP uses Design Thinking internally and has for the last decade. Through various iterations of the different techniques, we began working with our customers on the methodology and mindset approximately three years ago and Jennifer was an early adopter and practitioner. Prior to SAP, she was with JD Edwards for 6 years, focused on selling enterprise resource planning applications in the Midwest. Jennifer started her career in software as an implementation and education specialist for a niche automotive supplier, Future3 in Livonia, MI, after graduating from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
