Matthias Weis
Matthias Weis is Director of SM!GHT, a startup of the German energy supplier EnBW. He held various positions in the field of EnBW’s services for municipalities, where he obtained significant expertise in street lighting systems and smartcity development. In 2012 he started first projects with multifunctional lampposts. 2016 he achieved the Digital Leader Award and was voted in 2017 as one of Germany`s 100 most innovative people. He has a degree as Bachelor Professional of Business. Previously he had completed training as an electrician. He was born in 1974 in Heidelberg, Germany.
