Andi Britt
Andi Britt leads IBM’s European Talent & Engagement practice, providing human capital management, HR and recruitment outsourcing and organizational change management advisory services for clients. Andi specialises in HR & Learning, and IT led enterprise transformation and has worked with IBM’s largest global clients in public and private sectors on HR Outsourcing, Cloud SaaS, ERP and enterprise wide change management engagements. He is a regular speaker and presenter on IBM’s Research on HR, Change Management, and Mobile, Social & Cognitive innovation. He was featured in the Financial Times inaugural ‘Power Part Time’ list in 2012, and runs a Foodbank and Youth Employment charity in South London.
