Cousin Kate is MAP – melodic alternative pop music with positive lyrics.
Based in Los Angeles, the band consists of twin sisters and vocalists Corinna and Isabelle Cott and guitarist Brian Florian.
Cousin Kate believes in the connection of everything, and their intent is to bring (more) happiness and love to this world - with their music, their lyrics and their presence.
Corinna and Isabelle grew up in Germany, and they occasionally mix German into their predominately English lyrics. They had their first performance at the age of eight.
Cousin Kate is currently recording their second album “Can You Imagine”. The title song, as well as their first album “Life Without Fear” is available on iTunes and Amazon.
Their songs ‘Life Without Fear’ and ‘Up To You’ are used in the documentary Hang On To Your Dreams: Stevie Zee Story. ‘Life Without Fear’ has also been used in the short movie ‘Just Marriage’ by Angelia Bella. www.cousinkate.com
