Victor Reyes
Victor Reyes helps organizations create competitive advantage through talent, improve the strategic impact and efficiency of their human resources (HR) function, and address people and organizational issues associated with major transformations and transactions. In his twenty years as a management consultant, he has helped clients align functional and business strategies, develop new service delivery models, and leverage data, analytics, and emerging technologies to transform employee experience and optimize people decisions and investments. As a member of IBM’s Global Talent & Engagement Center of Competency, he focuses on how to bring advanced analytics and cognitive computing to HR. Prior to joining IBM, he was a partner at KPMG LLP, an accounting, tax, and advisory firm, where he founded and led the US HR Optimization practice; was a senior engagement manager with Wipro Technologies and American Management Systems; and held sales, marketing, and product management roles for AT&T. Victor holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Government from Harvard College and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He is based in Washington, DC.
