Dr. Christina Wuerthner
Dr. Christina Wuerthner joined enersis suisse AG as a shareholder in 2014 and on Oct 1st 2015 as Chief Financial and Strategy Officer. In the past 19 years Christina has held various senior management positions in infrastructure and high-tech companies ranging from medium-size buy-outs (Trapeze Group, KVT Solutioneering Group) to large multinational blue-chips (Lufthansa AG, Siemens AG, Continental AG). In those companies she headed start-up operations, strategy/BD departments and global product portfolio units in Germany, Switzerland, China and Brazil. Christina is a dedicated entrepreneur and enjoys the challenges of starting things from scratch seeing them grow. She holds a doctoral degree (Dr. rer. pol.) from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-University, Frankfurt, Germany with a thesis on “Transnational Service Company Management” and an MBA from European Business School, Oestrich-Winkel, Germany.
