Gerarda Van Kirk
Gerarda Van Kirk is the Global Talent and Organization Lead for Accenture’s Products Consulting group. Gerarda has worked with Accenture for 27 years with a focus on managing transformational change, Function/Business Transformations and most recently Talent Transformations. She has a Masters of Business Administration from University of Houston (1989) with a focus in Marketing and Organizational Behavior. Gerarda is an industry recognized leader and speaker on future talent trends including new ways of working, employee experience, new generations and agile talent pools. Gerarda most recently was a main stage speaker at both the GMA Supply Chain Forum on future supply chain talent AND the NEW Executive Leadership Forum speaking on Millennials and Gen Z.
