Naomi Aaronson


Naomi Aaronson has been an occupational therapist for over 27 years and has specialized in working with hand therapy patients and breast cancer survivors. At present, she is an adjunct instructor in the OTA Department at Suffolk Community College. Naomi discovered Pilates after a car accident, and saw the power of the method for rehabilitation of both mind and body after breast cancer. She started using the Pilates Principles with many of her patients and became mat and Reformer certified. She is the co-author of Pilates for Breast Cancer Survivors: A Guide to Recovery, Healing, and Wellness and has created many continuing education courses for both health and fitness professionals.
