John Santagate
John Santagate is a research manager at IDC Manufacturing Insights where he provides research and advisory around the latest technology trends shaping the business environment. He is responsible for managing IDC’s Global Connected Supply Chain Execution and Fulfillment program where he looks at supply chain issues and develops models and insight to help organizations evolve business processes and implement the latest technology. Earlier in his career, John spent over a decade working with startup software companies as well as in the bio technology industry. He has spent several years helping leading manufacturing organizations to implement transformative supply chain processes. John is also responsible for research and advisory of process oriented manufacturing including those in the chemicals industry. John holds an MBA from Rutgers Business school, a BA from the University of Massachusetts, and a Lean Six Sigma Knowledge Certificate from Rutgers.
