Annie Miu Hayward
Annie Miu Hayward joined SAP in 2012 to innovate customer experience at SAP Silicon Valley’s Executive Briefing Center (EBC), where thousands of customers engage with SAP experts and technology to map the future. Since then, she has built a team and a process that consistently deliver world-class results with positive impact to the customers’ and SAP’s bottom line. Before SAP, Annie spent a decade architecting EBC programs, most recently at salesforce.com, BEA Systems, and Hyperion. She began her career in advertising, and has held roles in marketing, sales productivity, and executive communications at large and startup software companies. Perpetually interested in peoples and cultures of the world, Annie has visited 5 continents and lived on 3. She speaks four languages and is now learning her 5th – German. Annie has a MBA from the UC Berkeley, where she also received a BA in French.
