Trish Martin joined Halstead Real Estate as Director of Sales of Brooklyn in the Summer of 2011 and was recently promoted to Managing Director of Sales, Brooklyn. With more than 30 years’ real estate and management experience, she is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Halstead's 7 Brooklyn offices in Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Park Slope, Boerum Hill and Bedford-Stuyvesant. Trish also spearheads Halstead's strategic growth in the local area. Trish was previously a Vice President and Director with Brown Harris Stevens in both Brooklyn and Manhattan for more than seven years. She was one of the few inter-borough brokers in the industry where she represented the growing numbers of residents migrating between Manhattan and Brooklyn. In conjunction with her extensive background in managing international projects for high profile firms, Trish brings a well-planned and thoughtful approach to the real estate arena.
