Joanne Douglas looked to her greatest passions, architecture, design, and, most especially, real estate. A market savvy and a top producing agent, she is often enlisted as a speaker and expert at top broker seminars and has guest lectured with Barbara Corcoran, star of Shark Tank, at New York University and Marymount College. Barbara wrote the forward of her recently published co-authored book NEGOTIATING NEW YORK, LIFE LOVE & THE PURSUIT OF REAL ESTATE.
Joanne and her brother and colleague, Alfred Renna, have invitations to speak all over the country; their toughest job is choosing which as they are fully engaged in their NYC real estate careers.
Joanne is a partner in various real estate enterprises and her portfolio includes a partnership in apartment complexes as well as investments in vacation homes. "My entire life is centered on real estate, design, and architecture," says Joanne, "and now I have expanded into being a published author with a book about real estate."
