Vanessa Keating is currently a Director in the Digital Finance & GBS Advisory Practice at the Hackett Group, providing clients strategic insight and expertise with a focus on Finance Strategy and Operations, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Digital Transformation, and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). Prior to joining Advisory, she was part of the EPM consulting practice at Hackett and has managed cross functional teams across business and technology to help organizations transform their Finance capabilities with an emphasis in business process optimization, strategic cost reduction, and performance management. Vanessa is responsible for building successful business relationships, creating effective strategies to address specific client needs, and identifying digital technologies and their application to support organizations’ key initiatives.
