Quintin Smith
Quintin Smith was born and raised in South Africa and now lives in Boston, MA. His childhood fascination with cars drove him to a career in the automotive industry where he worked for Mercedes-Benz and BMW in Germany as a mechanical engineer. Having maxed out his childhood, his adventurous spirit led him to the USA where he completed his MBA at UC Berkley, and pursue a career in technology services. Quintin is a Partner with EPI-USE, where he manages a portfolio of clients and leads small teams of highly motivated, entrepreneurial, software engineers – his favorite kind of people. He finds developing young talent most rewarding, and as an engineer at heart, enjoys solving complex business problems creatively. He was involved in the conceptualization of groupelephant.com’s beyond corporate purpose initiative - Elephants, Rhino and People (ERP) - and sits on the organization’s board. He is a firm believer that turning purpose into performance is how businesses should be run today.
