Throughout her career in technology-intensive executive positions, Jo-Ann Mendles has transformed and managed commercial P&Ls of global large-cap SBUs and small-cap companies. She is known for generating profitable revenue growth; turning around underperforming operations; delivering complex client services; overseeing the complexities of M&A; and starting new lines of business. Her emerging technology and operations portfolio experience includes corporate, professional services, and entrepreneurial across diverse industries. As a recent corporate officer and Global Technology COO, Jo-Ann managed the business of AIG’s Information Technology. Prior, she executed a multibillion-dollar technology modernization at Kaiser Permanente. Jo-Ann began her career at AT&T where she built and grew emerging services businesses.
