Will Ritzrau
Will Ritzrau is a trained marine biologist and climatologist, and joined SAP in 1999. Will has worked in various customer and partner facing, and internal roles. Focusing on the consumer products industry he has led strategic co-innovation projects especially in the area of logistics in close cooperation with global payers like Colgate and Procter & Gamble. For four years, Will led the value engineering team for the discrete manufacturing industries. In January 2013 Will joined the SAP sustainability team and is responsible for integrating sustainability into the overall SAP strategy, and establishing sustainability in the core lines of business. Will teaches Sustainability, Responsible Investment and Integrated Reporting at the Fresenius Hochschule in Heidelberg. Earlier this year he visited the Antarctic peninsula as a member of the Hurtigruten expedition team.
