Guy Shalem


Guy Shalem is an Israeli born, award-winning TV, commercial and music video director, currently residing in Los Angeles, California. He produced and directed several half-hour comedy pilots: With a Bullet for VH-1, Life of Leisure for ABC, and The Roxy for NBC. For Lionsgate TV, Guy created the cult comedy series “Lovespring International” which aired on Lifetime, starring Jane Lynch in her first TV leading role.
In 2011, Shalem had the honor of directing Betty White in her Emmy nominated NBC show “Off Their Rockers”
Lately, Guy partnered with Bryan Singer to develop a feature documentary and an experimental short film called "Ronny & i" (Cannes 2013). The film, which was shot entirely on an iPhone, is hailed as a revolutionary step in first-person story telling technique. Since then, Bryan and Guy have teamed up with the VR society and plan on developing new mediums and premium cutting-edge content curated for Gen Z and Millennials.
