Penny Stoker
Penny S. Stoker is the Global HR Services Leader, Talent Leader for Executive Functions and Business Enablement at EY. Since joining EY in 2013, Penny has served on the Global Talent Committee and has built the leadership team for HR Services, which provides HR operational support for EY's global population of more than 300,000 people. This includes contact center support, talent technology, HR project management, cross border travel support, executive recruitment services, reporting and talent analytics. Prior to joining EY, Penny led AstraZeneca’s Global HR Services organization. She has also held management positions with Amersham PLC, Coopers & Lybrand, CIGNA Corporation, and Internet Capital Group, and she has lived in Japan, the UK and several US locations.
