Prof. Dr. Kai Reinhardt is Professor of Business Administration, Digital Organization and Human Resources at the HTW Berlin and conducts cutting-edge research in the fields of Organization 4.0. He belongs to a new generation of scientists who believe that the end of traditional organizations will be inevitable due to increasing digitalization. Kai has worked with major international companies on knowledge and digital transformation for over 15 years. He was one of the first people to start ebay.com in Europe. Under his guidance, the B2B marketplace "eBayPro" was launched. He also helped leading global tech-players to create new digital strategies such as Vodafone, Swisscom and Jenoptik. Kai is a visionary and thought leader who inspires and empowers executives around the world on organization design, competency strategy and contemporary HR. Kai holds a Doctorate in Economics and Management sciences and was appointed full professor at the Berlin School of Economics and Law in 2017.
