Mark Lotenero is the Sr. Client Success Manager for Grapevine6, a content sharing software platform for sales teams. Mark leads strategy, onboarding, training, and account management for enterprise clients in the finserv and b2b tech space. He has successfully rolled out and managed social selling programs for enterprise clients like Aflac, Microsoft, ShoreTel, TD, and SAP. Before crossing over to the client side, Mark spent 7 years in enterprise b2b sales, leading business development teams and creating sales models and strategic prospecting plans. It was during these years that Mark discovered the importance of leveraging social in the sales process.
