Daniel Khoo is Practice Leader for SAP CX at EY Brightree. He serves as counsel to businesses in the innovative use of SAP Customer Experience (SAP CX) technology across diverse industries in ASEAN. His focus industries include consumer products and retail, real estate, hospitality and construction, education and manufacturing. With over 17 years of experience in the SAP Technology space, Daniel has worked with executive management and business owners in their digital transformation journey, bringing together their customer journeys to deliver better outcomes, build trusted customer relationships and evangelize the vision of an intelligent customer experience platform. Daniel speaks at forums, panels and webinars. He is a self-proclaimed geek who plays music and is a firm believer of “there is an app for everything”.
