Scott Pollak, People Analytics Partner at PwC, is a lifelong adventurer. Scott’s always game for exploring, whether that’s Northern Ireland golf courses, shrines in Kyoto, new appetizer creations for Thanksgiving or the best history podcasts. He brings the same zeal and curiosity to his work in People Analytics, where he has helped PwC and its clients to trail blaze new territories in metrics, dashboards, workforce planning, multivariate models and surveys. An expert in People Analytics, he’s helped some of the world’s best known brands solve critical problems that build trust in HR through data and analysis. From his early days, Scott was a writer and an economist, making him perfectly suited to help HR departments tell stories with data. He received his degree from the University of California, Berkeley in English and in Economics. He’s walked Positano’s Path of the Gods and Glacier’s Road to the Sun.
