Lacey, Olivia, Peighton Guest
Lacey is the wife of Levi, an inmate in a state prison. She has nurtured the marital and family relationship for almost five years while he has been incarcerated. Lacey manages to work full time, keep the house going, is active with her church family and loves the Lord deeply. She faithfully visits Levi and is committed to his parole. Olivia is in fourth grade and Peighton is in first grade. The last few years have been difficult for them. There were times when they anticipated going to visit dad and then, the car broke down or there weren't finances to cover the trip or . . . Olivia remembers living with her parents and Peighton, Peighton does not. She was only one and half years old when dad made poor choices. The girls’ holiday memories consist of what the prison system allowed. They liked Christmas because dad got to get up and walk around with them. Nevertheless, Olivia and Peighton had fun and were always excited to visit dad. They don’t care where he is. They just want him.
